Nelson & Isa Lacteos LLC is recalling Requeson (soft ricotta) sold in 1 lb clear clamshell packages because the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. The packages have no labeling, lot code, or UPC; the word "Requeson" is handwritten in black marker on the lid.
