About this service
Recall Canary is an independent website that aggregates publicly available product recall information published by U.S. federal agencies: the FDA, FSIS, CPSC, and NHTSA. We do not originate recall notices; all records trace back to an official agency source.

Information on this site is provided for general awareness only. It is not a substitute for official guidance from the originating agency, and is not medical, legal, or safety advice. For authoritative recall information, always consult the relevant federal agency directly.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep recall information current, but we make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data on this site. We present recall details, including each agency's risk level and our "What to do" steps, in our own words and format, so they may differ from the agency's notice. The risk level itself always comes from the agency. The originating agency text is always linked on each recall page.
We may experience downtime, delays, or data gaps. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this service.
