Why it was recalled

Prime Food Processing is recalling 7 oz bags of Dried Herring Fish because the product was not adequately eviscerated. This process failure may allow the presence of Clostridium botulinum spores, which can cause botulism, a serious and potentially fatal foodborne illness.
