
CS Beef Packers Ground Beef Products
CS Beef Packers recalls 22,912 lbs of ground beef (case codes 18601, 19583, 19563) over E. coli O145 contamination; do not serve.
Do not consume these products. Throw away or return to the place of purchase. If you have consumed this product and experience symptoms of E. coli infection (diarrhea, vomiting, or bloody stools) within 2–8 days, contact a healthcare provider immediately. Why it was recalled
CS Beef Packers, LLC is recalling approximately 22,912 pounds of raw ground beef products produced on January 14, 2026, that may be contaminated with E. coli O145. Affected products include coarse ground beef (case code 18601) and Fire River Farms fine ground beef (case codes 19583 and 19563) in 10-lb. chubs with "Use/Freeze By: 02/04/26" and time stamps between 07:03 and 08:32, bearing establishment number EST. 630. These items were shipped to distributors in California, Idaho, and Oregon for foodservice locations. Do not serve these products; throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
