These children's pajama sets fail to meet the mandatory federal flammability standard for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of serious burn injuries or death. The affected pajamas are woven, long-sleeved sets with buttons and a front pocket, sold in pink with white stripes or purple and pink hearts.
