Cosyland Children's Tower Stools
Cosyland tower stools (models CS0003, CS0092-4) can collapse or tip over, posing entrapment and fall hazards to children.
What to do
Stop using the tower stool immediately. Contact Cosyland Official for a full refund or replacement. Do not allow children to use the product.
Why it was recalled
The recalled tower stools can collapse or tip over while in use, and a child's torso can fit through the openings on the front and back sides, posing a risk of serious injury and death due to tip over, fall and entrapment hazards.
Where it was sold
Online at Amazon.com from April 2021 through November 2025 for around $70.
