Why it was recalled
Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing is recalling certain Amana brand Through-The-Wall (TTW) air conditioners and heat pumps. The snubber circuit can emit flames if it shorts, posing a risk of serious injury due to fire hazard. Recalled units have a model number beginning with PB.
