Urban Arrow is recalling FamilyNext Pro Cargo E-Bikes because the buckle can fail to latch, posing an injury hazard to children.
What to do
Immediately stop using the cargo area of the e-bike to transport children and contact an authorized Urban Arrow dealer for a free repair.

Why it was recalled
The buckle on these cargo e-bikes can fail to fully latch when used with children in the cargo area, posing an injury hazard. The affected bicycles are 105 inches long and 28 inches wide, with "Urban Arrow" imprinted on the bottom of the cargo box.
Where it was sold
Individual specialty stores from March 2025 through December 2025 for about $9,000.
