Why it was recalled

The Joolz Aer2 car seat adapters can fail to properly attach to the stroller, which may allow the car seat to detach and fall, posing a risk of serious injury. The affected adapters are black plastic and were sold as a set of two. The affected model is identified by a product identifier starting with NL311 found on the inside of the adapter.
