Why it was recalled
Loyoda-branded adult portable bed rails, model FBL140202, manufactured before December 15, 2025, are recalled because they violate the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails. Users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the rail and the mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation. The rails also fail to meet retention strap requirements, have incorrectly sized push pins and holes, and lack required hazard warning labels.
