Merkury Innovations is recalling model MI-DHC02 Hot + Cool fans due to an overheating fire hazard that poses a risk of serious injury or death.
Immediately stop using the recalled fans and unplug them. Contact Merkury Innovations for instructions on how to receive a full refund by cutting the power cord in half and emailing a photo of the cut cord to the company.
