Why it was recalled

The racket sets violate federal toy safety standards because the battery compartment screw can detach, allowing access to button cell batteries. If swallowed, these batteries pose a risk of serious internal chemical burns and death. The affected model is MT2287, with production code 100125 printed on the racket handle.
