PIXLABBY's 6-PCS silicone magnetic fidget sliders are recalled because they can release loose high-powered magnets, posing an ingestion hazard to children. Swallowed magnets can attract each other or other metal objects and become lodged in the digestive system, leading to perforations, twisting, or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning, and death.
