Shanghai Taiye Furniture Co., Ltd., dba Furnulem, of China, is recalling Furnulem 5-Drawer Dressers because the dressers are unstable if they are not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can result in risks of serious injuries or death to children. The dressers violate the mandatory standard as required by the STURDY Act. No incidents have been reported. The recall was announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on February 5, 2026.

The recalled dressers are wooden, white, measure about 31.5 inches tall, 15.75 inches long and 50.2 inches wide, have a top with recessed power outlets, and each drawer has two round pull knobs. Only dressers that did not come with feet extensions are included. The dressers were sold online at Amazon.com during July 2025 for about $140. The model "HK-DS-017-CL-5D-1-W" is printed on the packaging.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dressers if they are not anchored to the wall and place them in an area that children cannot access. The remedy is a full refund.
