Evajoy Above-Ground Pools 48 Inches and Taller
Evajoy recalls above-ground pools (models EJ-HF032, EJ-HF044, EJ-HF045) due to compression strap footholds that pose a drowning hazard to children.
Stop using the pool immediately. Remove or secure the compression strap around the pool's exterior to eliminate the foothold. Contact Evajoy for a full refund or repair instructions. Visit www.PoolSafety.gov for additional pool safety information.
Why it was recalled
The compression strap that surrounds the outside of the pool legs may create a foothold, allowing a child access to the pool, posing a drowning risk.
Where it was sold
Online at Amazon.com from March 2023 through June 2024 for between $550 and $1,050 depending on the size and model of the pool and accessories purchased.
