Tainoki is recalling office chairs (models M7016O, M7004O, M7074O) with bases that can bend, creating a fall hazard.
What to do
Stop using the chair immediately. Contact Tainoki Fine Furniture for a replacement or refund. Do not attempt to repair the base.

The recalled chairs' base can bend, posing a fall hazard.
Where it was sold
HomeGoods stores nationwide from August 2025 through December 2025 for between $180 and $200.
