AiTuiTui Pull String Teething Toy
AiTuiTui Pull String Teething Toy (Model 688-59) recalled for choking hazard; violates toy safety standards.
What to do
Stop using this teething toy immediately. Do not allow children access to the product. Contact Vanfun through Amazon for a refund or replacement.
Why it was recalled
The hair growth serum contains minoxidil, which must be in child-resistant packaging, as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The serum bottle is not child-resistant, posing a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if the contents are swallowed by young children.
Where it was sold
Online at Amazon.com from August 2022 to September 2025 for about $10.
