Why it was recalled

Wnttmt-branded infant walkers, sold in gray with a white tray and round base, are recalled because they violate the mandatory infant walker standard. The walkers can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step, posing a deadly fall hazard, and their leg openings can entrap a child's head, risking serious injury or death.

Where it was sold
