Agiliti is recalling the Adapt Pump, model 61600200, used with Adapt Air, Adapt Air EX, Adapt Air Pro, Adapt Air Pro EX, Adapt Convertible, and Adapt Convertible EX support surfaces. The pump fails to automatically re-engage the Microclimate Management function after the 10-minute Autofirm timer elapses. This recall was distributed nationwide.
