Why it was recalled
Bakkavor is recalling Roasted Tomato Parmesan Focaccia Bread sold under the brands FREDERIK'S, fresh & simple, HT Traders, and Trader Joe's, along with Basil Pesto & Mozzarella Pizza, due to possible metal fragments in the bread. The metal fragments came from roasted tomatoes supplied by an ingredient supplier.
