Blaine Labs is recalling Revitaderm Wound Care Gel and several other products due to microbial contamination with Lysinibacillus fusiformis. The affected products include Revitaderm Wound Care Gel, First Aid Antiseptic Gel, Trifluent Pharma Tridergel Wound Care Gel, Tripencol S Antifungal Solution, Terpenicol Antifungal Cream, Vite20 Antifungal Cream, Terpenicol Antifungal Solution, and Fungal Fusion Eradication Solution Kit.
