Galaxy RG recalls Brazo Gitano and other bakery items over undeclared Yellow #5, Yellow #6, and Red #40.
Do not consume the recalled products. Return them to the place of purchase for a refund, or discard them. If you have a sensitivity to Yellow #5, Yellow #6, or Red #40, contact your healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reactions.
Why it was recalled
Galaxy RG Corp is recalling Brazo Gitano Caramel Sweet Roll and other bakery products due to undeclared colors (Yellow #5, Yellow #6, and/or Red #40). The affected products include Brazo Gitano, Jumbo Brazo Gitano, Napolitano, Jumbo Napolitano, Rollitos de Guava, Rollitos de DulceLeche, Capuchino, Cake de Capuchino, Cake de Coco, Cake de Fresa y Chocolate, Cake de Guayaba, and Cake de Mango. Consumers with a sensitivity to these dyes may experience allergic reactions.
