Greenstone is recalling methylprednisolone 4 mg tablets (NDC 59762-4440-2) due to incorrect blister foil orientation causing incorrect dosing information.
Stop using this medication and contact Greenstone LLC or your pharmacist immediately to obtain a correctly labeled replacement. Do not follow dosing directions on the affected blister foil.

Labeling: Not Elsewhere Classified. Incorrect orientation of the blister foil applied to the blister cavities, which results in incorrect dosing information when following the directions on the foil.
