What happened
Flowers Foods, Inc. is recalling Nature's Own Hawaiian Bread in 20 oz. single loaf and 40 oz. 2-pack bags due to undeclared milk. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk may run the risk of an allergic reaction if they consume this product. The recall was initiated after the company discovered during a review of production records that certain packages did not declare milk as an ingredient. No related illnesses or incidents have been reported to date.
The product was distributed to retail customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Affected product should be discarded or may be returned to the place of purchase for a full refund. This recall is being made with the knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration.
