Why it was recalled
PAI Holdings LLC is recalling four VistaPharm KERR INSTA-CHAR activated charcoal products because they do not meet USP or OTC Monograph M023 requirements. The affected products include 25g and 50g doses in aqueous and sorbitol bases with cherry flavor.
