Why it was recalled
VistaPharm is recalling Kerr Insta-Char activated charcoal products in aqueous and sorbitol bases with cherry flavor, in 25-gram and 50-gram strengths, because they do not meet the OTC Monograph M023. The affected products may not provide the expected therapeutic effect.
