Why it was recalled
Provision Health Corp. dba PH Labs is recalling Ocular Plus with Lutein, Zeaxanthin, and Omega 3-6-9 (200 capsules) and Vista MAX (90 capsules) dietary supplements because they contain undeclared Yellow #5, a color additive that must be listed on the label. Consumers who are sensitive to Yellow #5 may experience allergic reactions.
