Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is recalling several Great Value and Clover Sonoma products because they may be under pasteurized. The firm was notified by the California Department of Agriculture that due to the broken seal on the pasteurizer, the products may be under pasteurized, and they should recall the products. The recall began February 21, 2026, and was announced February 24, 2026.
The products include Great Value Fat Free Cottage Cheese Small Curd 0% Milkfat, Great Value Cottage Cheese Small Curd 4% Milkfat, Great Value Lowfat Cottage Cheese Small Curd 2% Milkfat, Clover Sonoma Sour Cream, and Clover Sonoma Cottage Cheese Low Fat 2% Milkfat. They were shipped to Alabama, Arizona, California, Illinois, Missouri, Mississippi, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
