Why it was recalled
Saputo Cheese USA is recalling Clover Sonoma cottage cheese and sour cream, as well as Great Value cottage cheese, because a broken pasteurizer seal may have resulted in under-pasteurization. The recall includes Clover Sonoma Low Fat 2% Cottage Cheese 16 oz, Clover Sonoma Sour Cream 8 oz and 16 oz, Great Value Fat Free Cottage Cheese 24 oz, Great Value Lowfat Cottage Cheese 24 oz, and Great Value Cottage Cheese 4% Milkfat 16 oz.
