What happened
Stratford Care USA, Inc. recalled multiple brands of medicated wipes for dogs, cats, and horses, including Noah's Animal Hospital, Pamlico Animal Hospital, and Lake Forest Animal Clinic, after the products were found to contain a non-medicated otic flush due to a product mix-up at the manufacturing level. The wipes are misbranded and do not contain the labeled active ingredient.
The recall began on January 27, 2026, and was added to the FDA's Enforcement Report on February 5, 2026, with distribution as the agency wrote it: US Nationwide, including PR and Israel.
