What happened
Target General Merchandise Inc. is voluntarily recalling up & up Fragrance Free Baby Wipes and up & up Fresh Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes, distributed nationwide, because the wipes may be contaminated with Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli.
The recall follows customer complaints of product discoloration, and FDA testing that identified the presence of Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli in product samples. The affected products were packed in 20 count, 72 count, and 100 count plastic pouches, sold in various bundle and box configurations.
