Why it was recalled
Wonton Specialist Inc. has voluntarily recalled multiple noodle and dumpling products — including Pan Fried Noodle, Cooked Noodle, Lo Mein Noodle, Wonton Noodle, Dumpling Skin, and Wonton Skin — due to undeclared FD&C Red No. 40, a food color. Consumers with an allergy or sensitivity to this dye risk an allergic reaction if they consume the affected products.
