Why it was recalled
Zarlengo Italian Ice is recalling multiple chocolate gelato products — Chocolate Gelato, Chocolate Chocolate Chip Gelato, and Double Dark Chocolate Gelato — because soy lecithin is listed in the ingredients but soy is not declared in the contains statement, posing a risk to consumers with soy allergies.
