Maple Leaf Foods Inc. is recalling approximately 12,036 pounds of not ready-to-eat (NRTE) smoked bacon imported from Canada without the benefit of import reinspection. The affected products are 12-oz vacuum packages of "Royale Natural Applewood Smoked ALL NATURAL Uncured Bacon" and "TOP VALU Uncured Hardwood Smoked Bacon," produced on June 9, 10, 12, 13, and 15, 2026, with sell by dates in September 2026. The products bear Canadian establishment number "EST. 1" on the side of the package.
