Cooperative Interstate Shipping establishment, is recalling approximately 5,795 pounds of frozen meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced June 18, 2026.

The product contains soy, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

The frozen meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes items were produced June 25, 2025, to June 10, 2026, and were shipped to distributors in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. The problem was discovered when a state inspector notified FSIS that the final label did not contain soy in the ingredients list. FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers' freezers.
