Why it was recalled
Altec is recalling certain 2023-2025 Digger Derrick vehicles because the vertical center of gravity for the pole rack was calculated incorrectly. This error results in an inaccurate capacity rating, which may cause a loss of vehicle control during braking or cornering when the rack is at full capacity, increasing the risk of a crash.
