Why it was recalled
ARBOC is recalling certain 2018–2026 Spirit of Freedom and Spirit of Mobility transit buses due to incorrectly installed rear brake lines that can cause the anti-lock brake system (ABS) modulator valve to malfunction. Loss of rear ABS increases crash risk and violates Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 105.
