What happened

BMW of North America, LLC is recalling one 2026 S 1000 RR motorcycle because the turn signal reset button can be unintentionally activated at the same time as the turn signal, resulting in an inoperative turn signal. This fails to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, 'Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.' Turn signals that fail to activate as intended increase the risk of a crash.
