Why it was recalled

BMW is recalling the 2026 S 1000 RR motorcycle because the turn signal reset button can be unintentionally activated simultaneously with the turn signal, causing it to become inoperative and fail to comply with FMVSS 108. Inoperative turn signals increase crash risk.
