Coach and Equipment Mfg. Corp. is recalling certain 2025-2026 Phoenix and 2026 Metrolite buses equipped with certain QRT-360 wheelchair retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured. An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury. The recall affects 677 vehicles nationwide.
