What happened
Ember Recreational Vehicles, INC. is recalling certain 2026-2027 Touring Edition recreational trailers equipped with certain Curt Touring Coil Suspensions. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened, and broken shock retainer bolt heads and washers may detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash. The recall affects 143 and was reported to NHTSA on May 27, 2026.
Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 2, 2026.
