Freightliner Business Class M2 Steering Gearbox
Fontaine Modification is recalling 2024–2025 Freightliner Business Class M2 vehicles over insufficient steering gearbox oil that may cause steering difficulty.
What to do
Contact Fontaine Modification Company or your authorized Freightliner dealer immediately to have the steering gearbox assembly inspected and serviced with the correct oil level.
Why it was recalled
A lack of lubrication may cause binding gears and difficulty steering, increasing the risk of a crash.
