What happened

Forest River Bus, LLC is recalling certain 2024 Mobility Trans Safetbus, Glaval Universal, 2025 Senator II, and Starcraft Allstar transit buses equipped with certain S-Series and K-Series wheelchair platform lifts. The electrical contactor may fail, preventing the controls from stopping the lift. A wheelchair lift that continues to move while occupied increases the risk of injury. The recall affects 55 vehicles nationwide.

The problem was reported to NHTSA on September 1, 2026. Dealers will correct the wiring by installing two diodes, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 12, 2026.
