Forest River, Inc. is recalling certain 2023-2024 XLR Toy Hauler recreational trailers because the listed Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) exceeds the weight rating on the upper deck chassis, failing to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims-Other than Passenger Cars." The incorrect GVWR may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
