General Motors is recalling certain 2012–2013 Buick Regal Turbo and GS trim-level vehicles sold or registered in the Northeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions. The rear suspension toe links may have received improper corrosion protection, resulting in fracture that can cause loss of vehicle control and increase crash risk.
