Why it was recalled
Harbor Freight Tools is recalling Kenway 12V LED Towing Light Kits and 12V Submersible Lights because they may not illuminate properly. This failure to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 can reduce trailer visibility and increase the risk of a crash. The recall was distributed nationwide.
