Why it was recalled

Jayco is recalling certain 2027 Heartland Bighorn recreational trailers because the Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) listed on the certification label may be incorrect. This fails to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 567, and referencing the incorrect weight could result in the trailer being overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.
