What happened

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. is recalling certain 2025-2026 GT1, GH1, and 2026 GH2 motorhomes because the Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label states an incorrect number of seat belt equipped seating positions, which can result in unbelted passengers. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims.”

Unbelted passengers may not be properly restrained in a crash, increasing their risk of injury. The recall affects 340 vehicles nationwide.

The recall was reported to NHTSA on March 17, 2026. Tiffin will mail corrected labels, free of charge, and owner notification letters were mailed April 2, 2026.
