Toyota is recalling various Lexus and Toyota models because the instrument panel may fail to display critical safety warnings.

Why it was recalled
Toyota is recalling certain 2025 Lexus UX Hybrid, 2024 Lexus GX, Toyota Mirai, and 2024-2025 Toyota Land Cruiser Hybrid vehicles. The instrument panel cluster combination meter may fail to display critical safety warnings or indicators, failing to comply with federal safety standards for controls and displays, and for the Mirai, electric vehicle electrolyte spillage and shock protection. This failure to show essential information increases the risk of a crash or injury.
