Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Q4 E-Tron and Q4 Sportback E-Tron vehicles.
The remedy is currently under development. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed December 18, 2026.

If you own a vehicle in this recall:
- Check your VIN (vehicle identification number) at nhtsa.gov/recalls. VINs are searchable from October 23, 2026.
- Owners are advised to only charge their vehicles to a maximum of 80% capacity until the repair has been completed.
- Watch your mail. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed December 18, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available.
