Volkswagen Jetta Transmission Ground Wire
Volkswagen is recalling 2025–2026 Jetta vehicles over loose transmission ground wire fire risk.
What to do
Contact Volkswagen immediately to have the transmission ground wire inspected and properly connected. Do not drive the vehicle until the repair is completed.
Why it was recalled
An open circuit may draw a higher current and increase the risk of a fire.
