General Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd (General Rubber) is recalling certain Xcellent Roadbreaker A/T tires, size LT305/65R17 with a tire identification number that ends in 4324. The tire may crack and the inner liner may separate, which can result in tire failure. Tire failure can cause a sudden loss of tire pressure, increasing the risk of a crash.
The recall was reported to NHTSA on February 11, 2026, and the tires were distributed nationwide. Owner notification letters were mailed April 28, 2026.
General Rubber will provide a refund of the purchase price of the tires.
