Agrish is recalling models 2512, 2513, and 2516 adult portable bed rails due to a serious entrapment and asphyxiation hazard.
Immediately stop using the recalled bed rails and contact Agrish for a full refund. To receive the refund, consumers must cut the bed rail in half and email a photo of the destroyed product to the company.
